At Used Creative, we want you to love your pre-loved home treasures, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items that don't quite fit your space. All returned items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your furniture or decor item in its original packaging, ensuring all fragile components are padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
